I produced this body of work as a resident artist at Anderson Ranch Arts Center, Snowmass Village, Colorado, USA during the Spring of 2013. The work began with replicating a ceramic window, an element of traditional East Asian architecture, which I admired during a three-year stay in Taiwan. I cast the window form in porcelain, deconstructed then reconstructed the forms while pliable, then put them through several firings. I detailed works with various ceramic and non-ceramic media.
